What is a confirmation statement?
A confirmation statement (CS01) is an annual filing every UK limited company must make with Companies House. It confirms that your company's registered details — such as officers, shareholders, and registered address — are correct and up to date.
When do I need to file?
You must file at least once every 12 months. Companies House will send you a reminder email before your due date. Late filing can result in penalties and in extreme cases, company dissolution.
Is the £34 Companies House fee included?
Yes. All our prices include the £34 filing fee that Companies House charge. There are no hidden extras.
What if I have changes to make?
Choose the 'Confirmation Statement + Changes' package. In the wizard, select which changes apply and provide brief details. Our team will update your register before filing.
Do I need a Companies House authorisation code?
Yes. This is a 6-digit code that Companies House issue to your registered office address. It authorises us to file on your behalf. If you have lost it, you can request a new one from Companies House.
How long does it take?
